This file is a completely valid ODF (online_validators).

It contains two boxes anchored at page and some text between.

It is rendered completely different by ODF implementations, some show Box 1 containing text “Rahmen 1” then text “Text” and box 2 containing “Rahmen 2”. Some implementations ignore box 2 and therefore the containing text.
