A simple scenario on embedding a spreadsheet inside a text document

1. Create a empty text document
2. Insert a spreadsheet
3. Add the value 123 in the first cell (A1)
4. Save it
5. Reopen it

Checks:

1. Is the table visible when reopening it
2. Can you enter a new value in the spreadsheet
